The Challenge

Thirty-three quick-service locations generate the same questions every day — procedures, brand standards, franchise policy, who-does-what — and the answers lived in scattered SOPs and the memories of a few senior people. Meanwhile invoices, receipts, and vendor documents flowed into every location on paper and email, processed by hand.

The operation didn't need another dashboard. It needed the institutional knowledge to answer for itself, and the paperwork to process itself.

The Deployment

We deployed a custom AI assistant trained on the company's SOPs, brand guidelines, and franchise policies — aware of all thirty-three locations, so a question about one store gets that store's answer. It's reachable where managers already work, with a feedback loop that keeps it learning.

Alongside it: an intelligent document pipeline that extracts and structures data from invoices, receipts, and vendor communications, automated operational reporting across locations, and integration groundwork for POS, HR, and supply-chain systems. The deployment runs local-first on dedicated on-premises hardware, and the engagement closed with executive and staff training, full documentation, and knowledge transfer.
