We deploy AI that does the work.
Concierge Studio is a forward-deployed AI engineering studio for owner-led businesses. We embed in your operation, find the repetitive work that fills your week, and put agents on it — in production, in your cloud, on your keys.
Agents for the work nobody enjoys
Every pattern below runs in production for a real client — not a demo, not a slide.
Invoice processing → accounting
Invoices from email, suppliers, and shop systems: extracted, matched to jobs, pushed into QuickBooks. No more manual entry.
Lead intake & follow-up
Every call, form, and referral captured, scored, logged in the CRM, and followed up — before your competitor calls back.
Estimating & proposals
Estimates drafted from your parameters and your historical jobs; change orders with cost and schedule impact computed.
Subcontractor compliance
W-9s and certificates of insurance collected, expirations tracked, licenses verified — before they become a problem.
If your bottleneck isn't on this list, that's normal — most of what we deploy started as “can you automate this?”
Real operations, running on agents
A selection of engagements — what was broken, what we deployed, what changed.
Rodrigo's depth of knowledge across AI systems is unlike anything I've encountered — and I've spoken with teams at Oracle, AWS, and every major vendor. He doesn't just understand one corner of this space; he sees the full picture, from infrastructure to models to business application. That's extraordinarily rare.
Start small. Prove it. Then scale.
Fixed-fee, scoped engagements — no billable-hour meters. Each step stands alone; any one can be the stopping point.
Executive Workshop
A full-day AI intensive for up to eight leaders, built from your actual workflows — not generic demos. You leave with working role-specific workflows, a shared playbook, and a 90-day roadmap.
Measured Pilot
One painful workflow, deployed in your cloud, measured against a timed baseline of how the work happens today. Week eight ends with a written report and a go/no-go decision. We commit to the measurement, not the miracle.
Implementation
A multi-agent suite built around your operation — with training, documentation, and full handover. You own everything: the agents, the prompts, the keys.
Care & Expansion
Monitoring, model upgrades, and new capabilities as your needs grow. We pace this by what works — not by what we want to sell.
Executive AI. The private, personal AI system Concierge Studio started with — your workflows, your assistant, built around you and installed white-glove. Ask about it on the call.
From observation to ownership, in five clear steps.
In your cloud, on your keys
- Single-tenant deployments inside your own AWS or Azure account
- Your API keys — cloud and model costs bill to you at cost, never marked up
- Local-first hardware option for operations that want nothing leaving the building
The people who show up
Concierge Studio is deliberately small: the people who map your workflow are the people who build, deploy, and stand behind it.

Who this is for — and who it isn't
- ✓Owner-led businesses with a real operation — construction, franchise, retail, automotive, professional services
- ✓A workflow someone dreads every week: invoices, intake, compliance, listings, reporting
- ✓Systems already in place — QuickBooks, a CRM, a POS — that nobody has wired together
- ✕Pre-revenue startups looking for an MVP builder
- ✕AI strategy decks with no operation to deploy into
- ✕Teams shopping for another software subscription instead of an outcome
Questions we hear before every engagement
Do you replace people with AI?
No. We remove the typing, not the judgment. Agents handle the extraction, drafting, matching, and chasing; decisions stay with your people. The goal is a team that gets through more work — not a smaller team.
What if it doesn't work for us?
That's what the measured pilot is for. It ends with a written report against a timed baseline of how the work happens today, and an explicit go/no-go. If the numbers don't clear the bar, we say so — and you walk away having spent sixty days, not a year. We commit to the measurement, not the miracle.
Who owns what you build?
You do. On final payment, the agents, prompts, workflows, and configurations are yours — with a perpetual license to any of our pre-existing tooling underneath. No per-seat lock-in. API and cloud costs bill directly to your accounts at cost; we never touch the invoice and never mark it up.
Cloud or local?
Both, honestly. Single-tenant in your own cloud account is the default — your keys, your logs, your data. For operations that want nothing leaving the building, we deploy local-first hardware on your premises and keep models in-house.
How do you price?
Fixed-fee, scoped engagements — never billable hours. The number lives on the proposal, not the website, because a one-day workshop and a five-agent implementation are different animals. You'll have it in writing after the first call, and it won't move once agreed.
Bring us the workflow that eats your week.
A 30-minute conversation. No pitch deck, no discovery maze — tell us the boring problem that costs you the most, and we'll tell you honestly whether agents can take it.
