Concierge Studio started in 2025 with a simple, almost artisanal offer: private AI systems for executives, installed white-glove, in person. What we learned in those living rooms and corner offices changed the business — the bottleneck was never the executive's inbox. It was the operation downstairs: the invoices, the leads, the compliance folders, the questions every manager asks every day.

So we became what our clients actually needed: a forward-deployed AI engineering studio. We embed in owner-led businesses, map the work nobody enjoys, and deploy agents that do it — in production, measured against a baseline, owned by the client when we hand over the keys.

In 2026 the industry caught up to the model. Sequoia called it services-as-software; OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, and Microsoft together committed over nine billion dollars to forward-deployed engineering — for the Fortune 500. We do this work for everyone they won't staff: the contractor with three counties, the franchisee with thirty-three restaurants, the shop that ships nationwide.

The studio is deliberately small and deliberately accountable. The person who maps your workflow is the person who builds it, deploys it, and answers the phone after. We'd rather pick the right boring problem and solve it well than sell you a transformation.
